Caneflower

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 45 ml Cachaça
- 22,5 ml Aperol
- 15 ml St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

GARNISH:
- Lemon Twist

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass.
• Add cracked ice and stir for 30-45 sec.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Simple, elegant and tasty cocktail. Perfectly suited for the summertime, especially for those of you who love a bit more spirit forward cocktail.
Caneflower lets all the ingredients to shine through, yet emphasis is made to clearly highlight the cachaça. (In my opinion it is a very delicate cocktail, the balance is just right and it would be very easy to ruin that.)
Subtle vegetable, and hidden sweet notes of cachaça are drawn out by sweeter more floral liqueurs. On top of that add a lemon twist for extra citrusy aroma and the cocktail will start playing with your senses. A very pleasurable drinking experience.
