Little Italy

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 60 ml Rye Whisky
- 15 ml Cynar
- 22,5 ml Sweet Vermouth

GARNISH:
- Cherry

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass.
• Stir with ice for around 30-45 seconds.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a skewered cherry.

A tasty variation on the classic Manhattan cocktail. A little bit of Italy, has been brought to this cocktail through the use of Cynar, which gives a new and slightly unusual twist with bitter vegetable artichoke notes. All in all the choice of amaro pairs well with the charred oak notes of rye whisky, complementing each other and promising you an enjoyable sipping experience.
