Montgomery Smith

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 60 ml Cognac
- 15 ml Benedictine
- 7,5 ml Fernet-Branca

GARNISH:
- Lemon Twist
- Cherry

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass.
• Add ice and stir for 30 - 45 sec. until chilled.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a lemon twist and a cherry.

An amazing combination of ingredients, that to many might seem strange or at least somewhat polarizing. But in this cocktail, Benedictine and Fernet-Brance really work well, giving you a herbaceous bitter hit followed by the warmth of cognac. Simple and elegant cocktail, a must try at least once.
