COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 22,5 ml Aged Rum
- 7,5 ml Aged Overproof Rum
- 15 ml Coconut Rum
- 7,5 ml Coffee Liqueur
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 120 ml Pineapple Juice

GARNISH:
- Orange Slice
- Sprig of Mint
- Cherry

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
• Shake with ice until chilled.
• Strain over fresh crushed or pebble ice into a cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a sprig of mint, an orange slice and a cherry.

 

Cocktail author: it is difficult to pinpoint the actual author of the cocktail. However, it seems to be mostly associated with Oswald Greenslade.

This is one of my favorite tiki cocktails. Starting with true tiki over the top garnish and ending with a complex blend of rums, to bring you a complex tropical taste experience. I especially love the addition of coffee liqueur, which adds and extra dark / deep note to the cocktail. A great drink to be enjoyed on a sunny day.
