Cocktail author: it is not exactly clear who made this cocktail first, but nowadays it is mainly linked with Canadian Armed Forces and their holiday celebrations.

Moose Milk is a great Christmas cocktail: rich, indulgent and festive.

Combination of milk, cream, coffee and ice cream ensures that you will get a delightful layer of foam on the cocktail topped with a little bit of nutmeg fragrance. Boozy kick is provided by a combination of spirits. Whisky, vodka and rum play well together and integrate themselves into this creamy, foamy, decadent cocktail.

Moose Milk is mainly associated with Canadian Armed Forces and holiday celebrations. From what I could tell, if you really want follow military tradition you should double the amount of booze specified.

Additionally, most recipes simply call for whisky, but keeping in mind that this cocktail originates in Canada I thought rye whisky, would be the proper choice.
