Comte de Sureau aka Elderflower negroni, a subtle remake of a classic cocktail.
This cocktail is refreshing, not too bitter, not too sweet, in other words, a perfect drink. Every ingredient is noticeable and plays a part. Elderflower liqueur complements the botanicals of Gin surprisingly well, while bitterness of Campari brings a bit of balance. Combine that with the aromas of orange and lemon zest and you will be taken on a very pleasant journey.
