Division Bell

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 30 ml Mezcal
- 22,5 ml Aperol
- 15 ml Maraschino Liqueur
- 22,5 ml Lime Juice

GARNISH:
- Grapefruit Twist

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and shake until chilled.
• Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Express grapefruit zest over the cocktail and discard or garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Division Bell is a great example of how a classic cocktail recipe can be reinvented into something completely new with just a few twists and turns. Simple, short list of ingredients, pretty straight forward instructions and the result is an amazingly tasty and well-balanced drink. Nothing more to add. Simply enjoy.
