Cynar Sour

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 60 ml Cynar
- 7,5 ml Maraschino Liqueur
- 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 7,5 ml Agave Nectar
- 22,5 ml Egg White

GARNISH:
- Twist of Lemon

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
• Shake without ice to emulsify the egg whites.
• Add ice and shake again until chilled.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a twist of lemon.

An amazing amaro sour cocktail recipe. Bitter artichoke notes of Cynar take this cocktail in an unusual direction right from the start. An addition of agave and maraschino brings extra complexity to the drink, creating an impression of a long-lost classic cocktail, that had just been rediscovered.
