Gimlet
COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 60 ml Gin
- 30 ml Lime Cordial
- 22,5 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- Small pinch of salt (Optional)
GARNISH:
- Lime twist
INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
• Shake with ice until chilled.
• Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a twist of lime.

This is the best recipe of this classic cocktail I have ever tasted. It is truly bright, zingy and fresh cocktail. Use of lime cordial is fantastic, it brings so much citrus flavor to the mix, that it is hard to believe. I really like a small pinch of salt in this cocktail, it helps to round out the sourness and brings the ingredients together, it can make a big difference if you dare to try.
