COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 45 ml Gin
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Passionfruit Puree*
- 7,5 ml Velvet Falernum
- 7,5 ml Orgeat

* Some recipes call for passionfruit syrup, but I used homemade passionfruit puree, which is less sweet and more tart.

GARNISH:
- Lime Twist
- Cherry

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or a cocktail shaker.
• Add crushed ice and flash blend or give it an energetical shake.
• Pour the contents into a cocktail glass.
• Top with crushed ice.
• Garnish with a lime twist and a cherry.

It is not every day, that you can try a gin-based tiki cocktail and Saturn is one of those rarities. This cocktail is truly greater than the sum of its parts. Combination of orgeat, passionfruit and velvet falernum creates an intriguing tropical vibe, that is difficult to describe. At least I was pleasantly surprised.
I really recommend using passionfruit puree instead of syrup, for the extra tropical kick. But if you prefer sweeter cocktails passionfruit syrup will do just fine.
