Cynar Julep

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 3 – 4 Mint Leaves
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- 60 ml Cynar
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 60 ml Grapefruit Soda

GARNISH:
- Grapefruit Slice
- Sprig of Mint

INSTRUCTIONS:
• In a cocktail glass gently muddle the mint in a simple syrup.
• Add Cynar and lemon juice.
• Fill halfway with crushed ice and stir to combine.
• Add the grapefruit soda and top with crushed ice.
• Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of grapefruit.

An incredibly refreshing cocktail with relatively low alcohol content, perfectly suitable before or after a meal.
Bitter artichoke notes take the centre stage here combining well with citrus and fragrance of mint. Meanwhile effervescence of grapefruit soda gives the cocktail an extra gentle kick lifting the various ingredients.
