Tango

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 52,5 ml Gin
- 22,5 ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 60 ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 15 ml Simple Syrup

GARNISH:
- Grapefruit Twist

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and shake until chilled.
• Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Express grapefruit zest over the cocktail and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

A light and fruity summer cocktail. It is rather sweet, so it might not be a good choice for those who prefer dry cocktails, nevertheless it is a fun cocktail to try. A perfect sipper for a sunny day.
Gin is complemented by sweet fruity notes of passion fruit liqueur, offset by the sour-bitter taste of grapefruit. In hindsight I would suggest reducing the amount of simple syrup, I believe the cocktail would be sufficiently sweet with just 7,5 ml of simple syrup.
