Frozen Mudslide

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 30 ml Vodka
- 30 ml Coffee Liqueur
- 30 ml Irish Cream Liqueur
- ~200 ml/g Crushed Ice
- ~200 ml/g Vanilla Ice Cream
- Chocolate Syrup
- Whipped Cream

GARNISH:
- Grated Dark Chocolate
- Cherry

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Line the hurricane glass with chocolate syrup and place it in the freezer until the syrup thickens and is no longer running.
• Pour liquid ingredients into a blender and give it a quick blitz to combine.
• Add crushed ice, vanilla ice cream and blend until consistency is smooth.
• Pour the cocktail into a chocolate lined glass.
• Top with whipped cream, some grated dark chocolate and a cherry.

This is a truly decadent dessert cocktail in every sense of the word. Rich vanilla ice cream - chocolate base with just enough booze, provided be the Irish Cream, Vodka and Coffee Liqueur, to turn this into a proper cocktail for grown-ups. Extra whipped cream, chocolate flakes and a cherry will take it right over the edge and will give you an incredibly indulgent experience.
I recommend making a chocolate syrup from scratch, with just some cacao, sugar, water and vanilla extract. It will allow you to dial in on the bitter sweet chocolates notes of your preference.
