Honeysuckle Daiquiri

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 60 ml White Rum
- 22,5 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 22,5 ml Honey Syrup

GARNISH:
- Lime Wheel

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
• Shake with ice until chilled.
• Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a lime wheel.

A delicious and easy to make drink with potential to play around. Original recipe calls for acacia honey, but I believe you can give it a shot using some other floral honeys out there. I used clover honey and it was delicious. I will definitely try this one again with different rum and honey combinations.
