Kingston Soundsystem

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 30 ml Aged Pot Still Jamaican Rum
- 15 ml Overproof Rum
- 15 ml Suze
- 15 ml Pineapple Juice
- 22,5 ml Fresh Lime Juice

GARNISH:
- Lime Wheel
- Lime Twist

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and shake until chilled.
• Strain over fresh ice into a cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a lime wheel and / or twist.

An interesting reinvention of a well-known Jungle Bird cocktail. Campari has been replaced by Suze, a Gentian liqueur, with bitter earthy notes, subtly playing with the funky Jamaican style rum. Fantastic cocktail, full of tropical vibes.
