My Boy Blue

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 45 ml Tequila Blanco
- 15 ml Crème de Cassis
- 7,5 ml White Crème de Cacao
- 22,5 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15 ml Egg White
- Orange peel

GARNISH:
- Blue Edible Flowers

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker (except orange peel).
• Shake without ice to emulsify the egg.
• Add ice and shake again until the cocktail is chilled.
• Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
• Express orange peel oils on top and garnish with some edible flowers.
• (Original recipe calls for dehydrated orange wheel as a garnish.)

Very light, simple and crispy-fresh cocktail. Perfect to be enjoyed on a warm sunny day, alone or with friends.
Tequila and Crème de Cassis pairs fantastically well with the sourness of lime, while crème de cacao provides a little bit of sweet spice at the end. This recipe is perfect for sour cocktail lovers, no doubt about it.
