Cocktail author: not sure, I first saw this recipe on Steve the Bartender’s channel.

English Garden, as the name suggests, combines many staples of the local harvest season, although I would argue that it applies to a broader range of Northern and Central Europe rather than just England.

London Dry Gin forms the base of the cocktail with the familiar and loved juniper notes. Elderflower liqueur such as St. Germain contributes gentle fruitiness with hints of pear, peach and of course strong emphasis on elderflower. Unfiltered apple juice brings all the goodness of sweet and slightly tart apple favour, blending well with the previous ingredients and combining it into a cohesive whole. Touch of lime juice helps with the balance of the cocktail letting individual notes of other ingredients pop out with apple and cucumber garnish adding a touch of freshness to the drink as well as a lovely visual element.

English Garden is a lovely sipper, combining many of the quintessential autumn flavours. Perfect cocktail to relax with after a long day.
