Pineapple Death Squad

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 60 ml Mezcal
- 22,5 ml Falernum
- 15 ml Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice

GARNISH:
- Piece of Dehydrated Pineapple
- Edible Flower

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and shake until chilled.
• Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a piece of dehydrated pineapple and an edible flower.

Finally, lime juice balances out the cocktail with the tropical tartness nicely rounding it up.
