Cream of Coconut

INGREDIENTS:
- 400 ml Coconut Milk
- 375 g Sugar
- Pinch of Salt

PREPARATION:

• Combine all of the ingredients in a pot.
• Stir the mixture over low to medium heat until it becomes consistent and sugar fully dissolves.
• Sterilize the container for cream of coconut with boiling water.
• Pour the contents into a container and store in the fridge.
